Retrieval data is only plotted for straight and level flight legs with complete cross-track scanlines and the aircraft above a threshold aircraft altitude. If any FOVs are missing in a given cross-track scan, that scan is not plotted.
Qual Flag 1: Reflects quality of input; 0=successful, 1=no retrieval due to bad radiances,2=no retrieval due to non-convergence of cloud class iteration
Qual Flag 2: Describes uncertainty associated with clear/cldy decision; 0=certain,1=uncertain
Qual Flag 3: Temperature profile retrieval error with respect to model temperature; 0=very good, 1=good, 2=acceptable, 3=not acceptable, 4=gross error check failed
